1. Eligibility for Replacement/Warranty
- Used Items (Device/Part/Module):
- 1-week conditional replacement warranty (no refund or exchange).
- Request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the item.
- New Items (Device/Part/Module):
- Covered by the manufacturer’s 1-year warranty(subject to their terms).
- Consumables (Paper/Label roll, Ribbons, Filament, etc.):
- No warranty or replacement(due to their nature).

2. Replacement Conditions
To qualify for a replacement: Unused & Undamaged: Item must be in original condition (no signs of use, wear, or modifications).
Complete Packaging: All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.
Proof of Purchase: Valid order number/invoice required.
No Refund/Exchange: Only same-item replacement is offered.

3. How to Claim Warranty/Replacement?
- Submit a Request:Contact support within 7 days (for used items) and contact the manufacturer directly (for new items).
- Inspection:Return the item in its original condition for approval.
- Approval:Inspection will be completed within 1–2 business days.
- Replacement Shipping:If approved, buyer covers return and replacement shipping costs (including import fees, if applicable).

- Buyer is responsible for replacement shipment costs 2-way (local/international).
