1. Rental Eligibility
- Age: 18+ with valid:
- UAE/India government ID
- Passport copy (for non-residents)
- Proof of address (utility bill/rental contract)
- Payment: Cash deposit orcredit card hold (refundable).
- Locations: Rental options available in UAE & India only.

3. Booking & Payments
- Deposit: 50% advance to confirm booking.
- Balance: Due 24 hours before rental starts.
- Security Hold:
- UAE: AED [X]hold (credit card only).
- India: INR [X]cash deposit.
- *Released within 3 business days post-inspection upon return..*
4. Equipment Condition
- Guaranteed:
C passed, fully tested, & sanitized
Includes accessories & peripherals
Not covered: Physical damage/loss (unless Damage Waiver purchased).
5. Pickup & Return
Pickup Options:
- In-Store: Sharjah (UAE) • Hyderabad/Mumbai/Delhi (India).
- Delivery: AED 30 (UAE) / INR 150 (India) – digital signature required.
- Self-Collection: Self-pickup & return by rentee is optional.
Return Policy:
- Late Fees: 1.5x daily rate after 2-hour grace period.
- After-Hours Drop-off: Available at Sharjah Warehouse(prior approval needed).
6. Damage & Liability
- Covered: Minor wear (e.g., light scratches).
- Not Covered:
- Liquid damage
- Cracked & broken
- Lost/stolen items (unless Damage Waiver purchased)
Optional Damage Waiver:
- AED 15/day(UAE) • INR 100/day (India) – covers repair up to AED 500/INR 10,000.
7. Cancellations
- >48 hrs notice: Full refund.
- 24 hrs: 50% deposit forfeited.
- <24 hrs/no-show: Full rental charge.
8. Prohibited Activities
Modifying hardware/software/firmware/seal/tag tampering
Subleasing/forwarding/
Use in extreme heat/dust (e.g., deserts, construction sites)
9. Early Termination
- No refunds for early returns.
- Theft/Loss: Must file police report within 12 hours.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Claims must be submitted within 5 days of return.
- Inspection footage stored for 30 days.
