The first order from a new customer for wares totaling up to AED-500 qualifies for Cash on Delivery (COD). Pre-payment is required for subsequent orders Orders that have been confirmed as dispatched by our local or international courier partners can not be canceled. Any cancellation request received after dispatch will incur non-refundable delivery charges.
